Los Angeles-based artist Christina Muraczewski has a bold design-based aesthetic that she employs in her paintings of domestic interiors and objects. Using minimal characteristics she creates formal and informal relationships that are usually subtly depicted to mimic a kind of ethereal experience desired by the Minimalists, one that is purposefully disrupted by a foreign element.
